Mohegan Inspire implements hospitality software solutions from Agilysys

Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort, situated in Incheon, South Korea, has integrated multiple hospitality solutions from Agilysys.

The resort, which stands as South Korea’s largest entertainment-integrated resort destination, initiated the deployment of Agilysys solutions in December 2023.

These solutions include property management system (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) technologies, which commenced supporting hotel and food & beverage operations and later expanded to include gaming and non-gaming patrons following the casino’s opening on 3 February.

In addition to PMS and POS solutions, Mohegan Inspire has implemented Agilysys solutions for booking, dining reservations, service management, mobile food & beverage ordering and document imaging.

Plans for deploying mobile check-in and check-out, loyalty management and promotional activities are currently in progress.

Mohegan Inspire spans nearly 500,000 square metres and features various amenities, including a five-star hotel, a 15,000-seat arena, a water park, MICE facilities and various entertainment options.

Agilysys President and CEO Ramesh Srinivasan said: “Taking such a broad array of solutions – including our PMS platform – live at the scale and diversity Inspire Korea requires marks a meaningful milestone for Agilysys in the Asia-Pacific region.’”

Mohegan Inspire’s integration of Agilysys solutions follows its partnership with Light & Wonder for gaming machines and systems solutions.

In January 2024, the resort also achieved a five-star hotel rating from the Korea Tourism Association and anticipated cash-flow positivity by the end of the year.
