Luckia named new LaLiga partner in Spain & Mexico

laligaListen To Article

Operator Luckia Gaming Group has announced a new content distribution arrangement with the Spanish football league LaLiga.

The arrangement is set to extend over the next three seasons, in which Luckia will inherit the related digital assets of LaLiga and its subsidiary organisations, including LaLiga EA Sports and LaLiga Hypermotion. Further, the pair will also develop promotional events with brand ambassadors, alongside a range of audiovisual content and personalised ticketing offers.

In its new role as official partner of LaLiga in both Spain and Mexico, Luckia will now represent the football division in both jurisdictions, as the group looks to enhance its brand recognition in both its home nation and the LatAm market.

Luckia Gaming Group President José González, commented on the news, saying: “This agreement reinforces Luckia’s commitment to sport and the promotion of values such as teamwork, perseverance and excellence, which are typical of football.”

It has been a busy summer so far for the Luckia Group, with the Spanish operator also entering a new partnership with iGaming supplier, Playson, in June. More recently, last month, the group drew up a similar arrangement with RubyPlay, introducing the company into the Spanish market.

For LaLiga, this newly brokered collaborative effort seeks to further develop its sponsorship portfolio, with Luckia joining a roster of organisations such as Puma, Microsoft and El Corte Inglés. Additionally, the development follows LaLiga’s announcement of a partnership extension with M88 Mansion last summer.
