The brand will become the ATP500 event’s newest sponsor and exclusive betting partner for the 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions.
This year, the tournament takes place between 12-20 June, following up the clay-court tennis season and acting as a warm-up to Wimbledon for many players. Others prefer to take part at Queen’s Club in London.
Roger Federer has been victorious at Halle a staggering 10 times, winning his last title in 2019. A 2020 edition was not held due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Betway suggests the sponsorship “demonstrates Betway’s continued support of tennis in Germany.”

“The support of Betway throughout the next years will contribute to the continuous development of the tournament and we are looking forward to a long and prosperous partnership.”
Betway has announced a series of sponsorships in recent months, with plenty involving tennis, and others involving cricket, esports and football.
