Casino Guru has partnered with BetBlocker to enhance their respective player protection tools.
The BetBlocker tool will be integrated into Casino Guru’s Global Self-Exclusion Initiative. The blocking software aims to provide a thorough and seamless self-exclusion process for players. However, this is not the only aspect of the partnership, as the two intend to engage in awareness campaigns and research into the topic of responsible gaming.
The two also intend to develop new responsible gaming tools as part of their partnership.
On the partnership, BetBlocker Founder Duncan Garvie said: “We are excited to join forces with Casino Guru, a respected leader in the online gambling community. By combining our blocking technology with Casino Guru’s extensive resources and global reach, we can create a more effective safety net for those struggling with gambling addiction. This collaboration is a crucial step towards a safer gambling environment for all players.”

Elsewhere in responsible gaming, Kindred has collaborated with operators in Sweden to publish a set of responsible gaming metrics, which found that 3% of gaming revenue has been generated by high-risk players.
Meanwhile, in Malta, the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) released its environmental, social and governance (ESG) hub on its website last week, giving operators access to best practices guidance.
