Before stepping into a senior position within that division, Lindsjö, who marked his eighth anniversary at Videoslots on 2 June, began as a Junior Affiliate Manager. Earlier this year, he was promoted to Head of Affiliates.

Since his appointment, Lindsjö has strengthened his team by hiring three new affiliate managers, establishing new procedures and reorienting his team’s emphasis and priorities to advance the affiliate division of the company.

Before beginning his employment with Videoslots in 2015, Lindsjö had a career in sales.

Ulle Skottling, Videoslots Deputy CEO, said: “Kim has been a vital part of Videoslots’ work within the affiliates side of the business over the past eight years and his latest promotion is a testament to his hard work and achievements since he started in 2015.

“With Kim at the helm, the affiliate team is in good hands and he has some fantastic plans moving forward that will strengthen our reputation.”

Lindsjö said: “The affiliate side of the business is playing a key role and the majority of the revenue is obtained via affiliates meaning this is extremely important for the growth and success of the company.

“There is plenty to look forward to over the next 12 months. We are entering new markets, meaning we need to find quality affiliates within these regions. This involves traveling, attending conferences and a lot of negotiations and testing, which I am really looking forward to.”

Following the UK regulator’s recent findings of social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings, Videoslots recently agreed to pay a £2m ($2.5m) settlement to the Gambling Commission.
