Fubo Gaming is an authorised gaming operator for the National Basketball Association (NBA), an authorised betting operator and partner for NASCAR and also holds official gambling partner designation with the National Football League’s New York Jets.
Fourth-quarter 2021 total revenue for the parent company is expected to range between $215m and $220m, showing an increase of 105%-109% year-on-year.
Paid subscribers at year-end will have exceeded 1,100,000, representing an increase of over 100% year-on-year. Full-year total revenue is expected to be between $622 and $627m, an increase of almost 140%.
FuboTV expects to end the quarter with over $375m of cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash.

At the end of 2020, FuboTV started looking into online wagering and in 2021 it launched its Fubo Sportsbook platform in the US.
The sportsbook allows users to bet on numerous professional and collegiate events, with direct integration into FuboTV’s live TV streaming platform.
The mobile betting platform includes a “watch now” second screen feature, which allows users to check live betting data on Fubo Sportsbook based on the content they are live streaming via FuboTV.
