The Canadian company has been tapped to support Scout’s ongoing US expansion efforts by offering FanTeam customers greater payment options.

Through one integration, Nuvei remarked, the platform will have access to more than 500 payment methods in over 200 markets, as well as its payment processing services in the US, including card processing, account-to-account transfers and instant payments for deposits and pay outs.

It is hoped that by expanding customers’ options, FanTeam will benefit from greater retention and acceptance rates, as well as broader market awareness.

Nuvei Chair and CEO Philip Fayer touched on this, saying: “Providing the best payment experience is at the heart of what Nuvei does.

“We are excited to support Scout Gaming to grow their player-base as they expand into the US through a best-in-class user experience.”

Nuvei, meanwhile, is looking to further its reputation as a reliable payments partner for fantasy sports and sports betting operators, leveraging its technology to support industry growth.

To this end, Scout was enthusiastic about its new partnership with Nuvei, as reflected in comments made by Andreas Ternström, the Swedish company’s CEO.

“As one of the leading daily fantasy sports providers, we are constantly looking for diverse payment solutions for our players,” he said.

“Through Nuvei’s innovative payment technology, we can continue to provide the best-in-class daily fantasy sports experience for our consumers.”

Previously, Scout partnered with Aspire Global’s Pariplay in a move intended to strengthen the latter’s Fusion platform.
