cester Rugby and 21Bet have announced a new sponsorship partnership ahead of the 2017-18 Aviva Premiership season.21Bet continue their investment into British and Irish sports which sees them retain other partnerships including sponsorship of football club Wolverhampton Wanderers and world-title challenging boxer Charlie Edwards.In a statement released on the Gloucester Rugby website, 21Bet CEO Richard Hogg, said: “Our whole ethos is based around being passionate about sports and no club exhibits that in rugby quite like the Cherry and Whites. It’s great to be partnered with a team who share our ambition as well as our appetite and drive for growth and success. We look forward to a long and successful collaboration.”Under the terms of the deal 21Bet will also receive naming rights to the west stand of Gloucester’s 16,000 capacity Kingsholm stadium.The partnership has also received praise from Gloucester Rugby’s Commercial Director Mike Turner, who expressed his delight saying: “We’ve spoken to a number of potential betting partners, and are pleased to announce the new relationship with 21Bet. We believe 21Bet offer a great solution for supporters who like to bet online and are looking forward to working with them.”As part of the deal, fans will receive an incentive during their first season, being offered 7-1odds on the side to finish in the top six for the upcoming Aviva Premiership.
